Walt Miller's practice focuses on a broad range of real estate and other transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, financing, leasing, sale-leaseback, workouts, restructuring, and joint ventures. Mr. Miller has represented and counseled REITs, developers, institutional advisors, investment funds and individual investors, sponsors, pension plans, corporate users, lenders, local and national real estate companies and individuals. Recently, Mr. Miller has utilized his expertise in these areas to represent clients in distressed and special situation asset transactions, including recapitalizations, financings and acquisitions of loans and loan pools. Prior to founding Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson LLP, Mr. Miller practiced as a Partner in the offices of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
