Robin Hopkins is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations, private equity and venture capital investments, divestitures and asset sales, public and private securities offerings, securities compliance matters and joint ventures. Ms. Hopkins has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including public and private companies, private equity firms, investment partnerships and portfolio investments. In addition, Ms. Hopkins advises clients on general corporate governance matters. Ms. Hopkins was previously affiliated with the Dallas office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she worked on several high-profile transactions, including the acquisitions of the Dallas Stars and the Texas Rangers.
