Matt Rinaldi is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including securities, insurance coverage and intellectual property litigation. In recent years, he has handled a variety of matters involving antitrust violations, breach of contract, business fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition, securities fraud, misappropriation and theft of trade secrets, professional negligence, and trademark infringement and dilution. Mr. Rinaldi has extensive experience in federal, state and appellate courts and has represented and counseled a broad spectrum of clients, including local companies and individuals, Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, and accounting firms. Prior to joining Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson LLP, Mr. Rinaldi practiced in the Dallas offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Hughes & Luce LLP.
