Joey Berger’s practice focuses on a broad range of real estate and other transactional matters, including representing owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and management of multi-family residential developments, student housing projects, office buildings, mixed-use developments, hotels, industrial properties and unimproved land. Mr. Berger has extensive experience in representing landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing, with a particular emphasis on the leasing of office buildings and retail projects. In addition, Mr. Berger routinely represents owners and contractors in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts for commercial construction projects.
Prior to joining Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson LLP, Mr. Berger practiced in the Dallas office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP
