Ed Molter represents both large and small clients in a wide variety of complex business matters including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, secured and unsecured debt financings, joint ventures and partnerships and licensing and other strategic business transactions. In recent years, he has utilized his expertise in these areas to represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings and currently represents a private equity sponsor focused on control acquisitions of distressed and special situation companies.
Prior to founding Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson LLP, Mr. Molter practiced with several major internationally-recognized firms including Jones Day and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP and served as general counsel at Fidelity Funding Financial Group, a diversified financial services company based in Dallas.
