Chip Gage has extensive experience with wide range of complex domestic and cross-border corporate and financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, mezzanine and high-yield bond financings, venture capital financings asset-based loan facilities, and debt restructurings and workouts. His clients have included major global commercial banks, investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds and public and private corporations.
Prior to joining Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson LLP, Mr. Gage was a partner in the New York City office of Linklaters LLP, a leading global law firm. Prior to that, he was associated with O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He also has served as General Counsel of M2Card, Inc., a financial technology start-up, and C. Dean Metropoulos & Co., a private equity firm focused on the food and beverage industry.
