Ms. Geller’s practice focuses on corporate and securities transactional matters, including equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, divestitures, private and public securities offerings, and public company reporting obligations. Ms. Geller representations include public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks and investment managers on securities offerings, investment partnerships, fund matters and portfolio investments, including control investments, buyouts and other transactions. Ms. Geller has also represented clients in fund formation matters and structuring and negotiating portfolio company investments. Ashley also advises clients on corporate governance matters.

She was previously an Assistant General Counsel at Jefferies & Co., Inc., an investment firm in NYC, and associated with Vinson & Elkins, LLP in their Houston, Austin and NYC offices.
